How does the return process work?

1. You fill out the return form above, enter your order number, what you are returning, your e-mail address and so on. The more information you provide in the form, the quicker and easier the return will be for you and, of course, for us too
2. You will then receive an email with a link to create your free return label
3. You take the packaged shipment with the label to the nearest Packstation or DHL branch and then receive a receipt for your return shipment
4. We receive notification of your return and arrange for the invoice amount to be refunded as quickly as possible

How long do I have to send something back?

You have the option of returning your order to us for 14 days. Please note, however, that we can only accept returns of protein powders if they still have the original, undamaged freshness seal on the lid. Our customizable protein powder is excluded from returns.

My item was damaged on delivery

If your order has been damaged during delivery, you do not necessarily need to return it. You can simply request a replacement using our exchange form. Please note that the defective products must be kept for 8 days after requesting new goods for a possible return.

When and how do I get my money back?

Refunds are usually made using the payment method originally used. We usually manage to process the refund within 1-2 working days, depending on the payment method, the amount will then be refunded immediately or after a short time. Please note that a return is required even if you receive the refund before your return.
