Goods not arrived
Didn't receive your order/is part of it missing? No problem - just send us an email and we'll resend the missing items.
All orders placed before 12 noon are usually shipped the same day (excluding...). Sunday). The package should then arrive within 1-3 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link from us via email.
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Spain and Italy.
No problem! Just send us a quick email/message and we'll change the address manually.
Should a product be sold out, you can register on the corresponding product page and will be notified immediately as soon as the product is available again!
