Frequently asked questions
All orders placed before 12 noon are usually dispatched on the same day (excluding Sundays). The package should then be with you within 1-3 working days.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link from us by e-mail.
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, France, Belgium, Spain and Italy.
No problem! Just send us a quick e-mail/message and we will change the address manually.
If a product is sold out, you can register on the corresponding product page and will be notified as soon as the product is available again!
The letter carrier must have been a bit rough with your parcel. But that's no problem at all! Just get in touch with us or use the exchange form.
As long as the ordered product is not a personalized product and your order has not yet been shipped, you can still change/cancel it. Just write us a message and we will solve the problem together.
