How does the return work?

1. You fill out the return form above, providing your order number, what you are returning, your email address, and so on. The more information you provide in the form, the faster and easier the return process will be for you and, of course, for us.
2. You will then receive an email with a link to create your free return label.
3. You take the packaged and labeled shipment to the nearest Packstation or DHL branch and then receive a receipt for your return.
4. We will receive notification of your return and process the refund as quickly as possible.

How long do I have to return something?

You have 14 days to return your order. However, please note that we can only accept protein powder returns if the original, unbroken freshness seal on the lid is still intact. Our personalized protein powder is excluded from returns.

My item was damaged upon delivery

If your order was damaged during delivery, a return is not necessarily required. You can easily request a replacement using our exchange form. Please note that defective products must be kept for 8 days after requesting new goods in case of a return.

When and how do I get my money back?

Refunds are generally issued using the original payment method. We typically process refunds within 1-2 business days; depending on the payment method, the amount is then refunded immediately or shortly thereafter. Please note that a return is still required even if you receive your refund before returning the item.
