Shipping costs and information:
Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard.
Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by DPD, UPS, DHL, Swiss Post or a forwarding agent. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below. If you require shipping to another country, please send us an e-mail before placing an order (support@vetain.de) and tell us the item, the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding zip code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and - if delivery to the desired delivery address is possible - inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping options and costs.
I. Shipping within Germany:
We charge a flat rate of 4.90 euros per order for shipping within Germany. For small-format orders sent by Warenpost, we charge 3.90 euros. From a gross order value of 50,- Euro we ship free of charge.
II Shipping outside Germany
We deliver to the following countries:
Austria
The shipping costs to Austria are a flat rate of 6.90 euros up to a gross order value of 75 euros. We charge 3.90 euros for small-format orders sent by Warenpost. If the gross value of the goods exceeds 75 euros, we ship to Austria free of charge.
The Netherlands
The shipping costs to the Netherlands are a flat rate of 7.90 euros up to a gross value of 100 euros. We charge 3.90 euros for small-format orders sent by Warenpost. If the gross value of the goods exceeds 100 euros, we ship to the Netherlands free of charge.
Italy
The shipping costs to Italy are a flat rate of 12.90 euros up to a gross value of 120 euros. We charge 4.90 euros for small-format orders sent by Warenpost. If the gross value of the goods exceeds 120 euros, we ship to Italy free of charge.
France
The shipping costs to France are a flat rate of 12.90 euros up to a gross value of 120 euros. We charge 3.90 euros for small-format orders sent by Warenpost. If the gross value of the goods exceeds 120 euros, we ship to France free of charge.
Belgium
The shipping costs to Belgium are a flat rate of 12.90 euros up to a gross value of 120 euros. We charge 3.90 euros for small-format orders sent by Warenpost. If the gross value of the goods exceeds 120 euros, we ship to Belgium free of charge.
Spain
The shipping costs to Spain are a flat rate of 14.90 euros up to a gross value of 150 euros. We charge 4.90 euros for small-format orders sent by Warenpost. If the gross value of the goods exceeds 120 euros, we ship to Spain free of charge.
Switzerland
The shipping costs to Switzerland are a flat rate of 18.90 euros. We charge 4.90 euros for small-format orders sent by Warenpost.
For any deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Thefollowing information applies in particular to our Swiss customers:
Deliveries to Switzerland and the countries assigned to Switzerland for VAT purposes are processed via an intermediary, Mein Einkauf GmbH. Mein Einkauf GmbH ensures proper customs clearance and invoicing. Delivery is made fully duty paid at the final price stated in the store; no additional import duties are payable on delivery.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment as a whole.
Information on the calculation of the delivery date
The delivery period for payment in advance by bank transfer begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.
