Exchange of products

Have you bought a protein powder or other products in our online store and now want to exchange them? No problem! Simply fill out the form and enter what you would like to exchange.

Please note that only unopened proteins or products damaged during shipping can be exchanged.

As soon as we receive your message, you will be sent a return form by e-mail, which you can use to return the package free of charge. As a rule, you will receive the new goods within 2-3 working days.
