Zubereitung
Mix the coconut milk with water. Add chia seeds and distribute in the glasses. Let swell covered/sealed in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours.
Take the swollen chia pudding out of the fridge and peel, pit, and dice the mango. Distribute the mango evenly over the glasses. Optionally, you can puree the mango so it can be evenly distributed in the pudding.
Optional: Peel the banana and cut into thin slices and also distribute evenly over the glasses.
Optionally, you can toast the sliced almonds in a pan and add them for extra crunch. Done!
