Instructions
Mix the coconut milk with water. Add chia seeds and divide into glasses. Cover and let soak in the fridge for at least 4-5 hours.
Remove the soaked chia pudding from the fridge and peel, pit, and dice the mango. Evenly distribute the mango over the glasses. Optionally, you can puree the mango so it blends evenly into the pudding.
Optional: Peel a banana, slice it thinly, and also distribute evenly over the glasses.
Optional: Toast the almond flakes in a pan for extra crunch and add them on top. Done!
