First finely chop the onion, garlic, ginger, and chili. Then add coconut oil to the pan and heat. Sear the finely chopped ingredients and add the spices.
Now add the lentils and cover everything with water, then simmer with a lid for 5-10 minutes.
Then add the strained tomatoes and simmer again for 5-10 minutes. Once the lentils are still slightly firm, add the coconut milk.
When the lentils are soft, it can be served. Enjoy your meal!
