Shipment

Shipping costs and information:

Standard shipping is only possible to the countries listed below.

Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be handled by DPD, UPS, DHL, Swiss Post, or a freight forwarding company. You can find the applicable shipping costs in the table below. If you would like shipping to a different country, please email us before placing your order (support@vetain.dePlease provide us with the item name, quantity, and delivery address, including the country and postal code. We will then promptly inform you whether we can ship to your desired country and, if delivery to your address is possible, provide you with the shipping costs, as we need to check shipping options and costs with our shipping partner beforehand.

I. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within Germany, we charge a flat rate of €4.90 per order. For small orders shipped via Warenpost (parcel post), we charge €3.90. Shipping is free for orders over €50.

II. Shipping outside of Germany

We deliver to the following countries:

Austria
Shipping costs to Austria are a flat rate of €6.90 for orders up to a gross merchandise value of €75.00. For small orders shipped via Warenpost (parcel post), we charge €4.90. Orders with a gross merchandise value exceeding €75.00 ship free to Austria.

Rest of the EU
Shipping costs to the rest of the EU are a flat rate of €13.90 for orders up to a gross merchandise value of €150. For small orders shipped via standard mail, we charge €5.90. Orders over €150 ship free to Austria.

Switzerland
Shipping costs to Switzerland are a flat rate of €9.90. For small orders shipped via postal service, we charge €5.90.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which are beyond our control and must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (z.B. Transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (z.B. Customs duties). The following note applies particularly to our Swiss customers:
Deliveries to Switzerland and countries assigned to Switzerland for VAT purposes are handled via an intermediary, Exporto GmbH. Exporto GmbH ensures proper customs clearance and invoicing. Delivery is fully duty paid at the final price stated in the shop; no additional import duties are incurred upon delivery.

Sweden
Shipping costs to Sweden are a flat rate of €19.90 for orders up to a gross merchandise value of €200. For small orders shipped via standard mail, we charge €5.90. Orders with a gross merchandise value exceeding €200 ship to Sweden free of charge.

Finland
Shipping costs to Finland are a flat rate of €19.90 for orders up to a gross merchandise value of €200. For small orders shipped via parcel post, we charge €5.90. Orders with a gross merchandise value exceeding €200 ship to Finland free of charge.

Norway
Shipping costs to Norway are a flat rate of 24.90 euros.

UAE
Shipping costs to the UAE are a flat rate of 39.90 euros.

Information on delivery times

The table below shows the delivery times for shipping to other countries, which you must add to the delivery time specified for the respective item.

 Austria: max. 2 days longer

Switzerland: max. 5 days longer

Rest of the EU: max. 5 days longer

Sweden, Finland & Norway: max. 6 days longer

UAE: max. 10 days longer

 

If you order multiple items from us with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment will be the longest delivery time of any item in your order.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance by bank transfer, on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank, or, in the case of other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded, and ends on the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized in the place of delivery, the next working day shall take its place.
