Place all ingredients in a bowl and knead for about 5 minutes.
Then shape into a ball and let rise at room temperature for about one hour.
Line the loaf pan with baking paper and place the dough into the pan. Let it rise again for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Bake the bread for about 30 minutes at 200°C.
