A vegan oat bar made with real oats—enriched with roasted nuts, cocoa, or fruity berries, depending on the variety. It provides over 20 g of carbohydrates per bar and is intended as a source of energy before and during physical activity—but it works just as well as a convenient everyday snack.

No. While the Oat Bar does naturally contain some protein, it is intentionally not a protein supplement. The focus is on real oats and high fiber content—a wholesome snack rather than a protein booster.

Oats naturally contain dietary fiber, and they are the main ingredient. Inulin and soluble corn fiber are also added. As a result, each bar contains over 11 g of dietary fiber per 100 g—meaning a single bar already covers about 15% of the recommended daily intake (30 g according to the DGE).

The sugar in Oat Bar comes exclusively from natural ingredients such as dates and date syrup—we do not add any refined sugar or sweeteners such as sucralose. You can find the exact sugar content for your variety in the corresponding nutrition facts table.

All varieties contain gluten, as they are made from oats. Depending on the variety, other allergens may be present, such as tree nuts. The specific allergens and possible traces are always listed in the ingredients list for each variety.
