In the fitness world, protein puddings are popular desserts and more and more high-protein fans are getting a taste for them. Because the puddings not only provide a large portion of protein but also taste really good and can be easily integrated into the meal plan. We keep saying it: High protein is more than rice with chicken.
Feel free to get creative with your pudding and really go wild: Use your high protein vanilla pudding as a base for a vegan apple pie or make a quick vanilla sauce as a topping for your protein chocolate pudding. Just cook a vanilla pudding as described above, but add significantly less starch.
