    Instructions

    1 Take about 80 g of the plant-based milk and heat it over medium heat in a pot. If you want to add some sweetener, now’s the time.
    2 Meanwhile, dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining 20 g of vanilla drink until no lumps remain.
    3 Once the milk starts steaming, stir in the starch mixture and keep stirring until your pudding begins to simmer and thicken.
    4 Remove the pudding from the heat and stir in the protein powder thoroughly. Make sure no lumps remain here either.
    5 Depending on the pudding flavor, you can now add optional ingredients: cocoa powder for chocolate pudding, blended berries for a fruity version, or vanilla and turmeric for a creamy taste and color.
    6 Cover your vegan protein pudding with cling film to prevent a skin from forming and let it cool down.
    7 Serve your pudding with dessert sauce, fresh fruits, or simply enjoy it as is!
