    Instructions

    1 Chop the nuts or briefly blend them in a high-speed blender.
    2 Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. The riper the banana, the easier it gets and the sweeter your protein bowl will be in the end!
    3 Add quark, protein powder, oats, and chopped nuts and stir until the powder has dissolved and everything is well mixed. If you want it extra chocolatey, add more cocoa powder. Otherwise, a little vanilla extract is delicious! Keep adding splashes of plant milk until the texture is just right for you.

    Now cut a Brownie Protein Bar into pieces and add it to the bowl. Top your bowl with nut butter, cocoa nibs, the remaining banana, and whatever else you like.
